Job Description: A Collections Coordinator works in implementing collection, accountability, and transport of drug testing samples.
This individual is trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of urinalysis collection . This position requires the ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
Training or knowledge of drug and alcohol testing is not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Maintain client records & confidentiality
Attains and maintains knowledge in all aspects of urinalysis collection and accountability processes.
Observe collection of urine samples assuring proper procedures and "chain of custody" are followed.
Maintain database of collections, transports, and other records and statistical information as collected.
Secure samples from point of collection through transport and release to lab.
